Mit Thomas Rutz ist am 1. April 2020 ein „j\u00fcngerer“ Mieter eingezogen. Den Umzug vom Bergli in die GAWU hat er nie bereut. Seine gute Laune und sein Humor wirken ansteckend. Thomas ist noch mitten im Berufsleben.\n
